These terms govern your use of Holdem AI Coach, an online poker training app. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
Holdem AI Coach is provided for training, education, and entertainment. You are responsible for how you use the coaching, reports, and recommendations produced by the app.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may not use the service to abuse the app, disrupt other users, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.
Credits and Purchases
New accounts may receive free credits. Paid credit packs can be used for gameplay and selected AI features. Credits are not cash, do not earn interest, and are not transferable unless we explicitly allow it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, is refunded, or is reversed, related credits may be removed from the account.
No Gambling Service
Holdem AI Coach does not provide real-money gambling, wagering, casino services, or a way to win money through the app. The trainer is for practice and analysis only.
AI Output
AI-generated coaching and reports may be incomplete or incorrect. You should treat them as training assistance, not professional financial, legal, or gambling advice.
Availability
We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holdem AI Coach is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
